  • Compensation: $900 – $1,500 / month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the business owner of a growing U.S.-based construction company. This is a 100% dedicated, single-client role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the day-to-day operational realities of the construction industry.

You will work closely with a direct, busy executive based in Boise, Idaho. Your goal will be to take full ownership of administrative workflows, optimize business systems, and minimize management overhead so leadership can stay focused on high-level growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, high-volume inbox communication, executive calendars, and scheduling.

  • Operations & Workflow Management: Provide ongoing operational support tailored to standard U.S. construction workflows, tracking deliverables and keeping processes moving forward.

  • Systems Maintenance: Maintain, organize, and streamline data across client-specific software, platforms, and operational tools.

  • Communication Hub: Serve as a clear, professional liaison for internal team members, clients, and trade partners as needed.

  • Process Ownership: Take complete accountability for administrative systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Requirements (Must Have)

  • Experience: 3–5 years of executive or virtual assistant experience, specifically supporting U.S.-based operational executives or construction firms.

  • Vertical Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. construction terminology, scheduling, vendor coordination, or operational workflows.

  • English Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the confidence to interact directly with U.S. partners and clients.

  • Remote Setup: A reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated environment for full-time focus.

  • Work Ethic: Highly organized, efficient, and self-directed with minimal need for hand-holding.

Non-Negotiables

  • 100% Exclusive Focus: Strictly dedicated to this single client. No active freelancing, agency work, or concurrent client management.

  • Timezone Alignment: Full overlap with Mountain Time (MT).

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Proven ability to thrive with a direct, concise executive who values speed, accuracy, and clear execution over fluff.
