We are looking for a British Executive Chef with a strong background in high-end hospitality, members-only clubs, resorts, or similar exclusive venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic chef to lead a prestigious kitchen, delivering an exceptional culinary experience.
Key Requirements:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

- Manage kitchen budgets, cost control, and supplier relationships.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with international best practices.
- Cater to high-profile guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable dining experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of modern British & European cuisine with an innovative approach. Excellent leadership, training, and team management abilities. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining exceptional standards. Experience in handling VIP clientele and private dining requests. Strong financial acumen with expertise in cost control and procurement.
