We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our client's culinary team. The ideal candidate has a background in high-end restaurants and central kitchen operations, with a flair for creativity and an eye for detail. This role will oversee all aspects of menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute refined, innovative menus tailored to the tastes of our luxury clientele
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes for high-profile events, maintaining impeccable standards
- Manage and lead a team of culinary professionals in a high-volume central kitchen environment
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate closely with event planners to create custom dining experiences for VIP clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in upscale restaurants or luxury catering
