Full job description
The post helps prepare and coordinate supervisory and implementation-team meetings; drafts minutes, reports and correspondence; follows international practice, legislation and decisions relevant to reform; maintains case and activity documentation; supports project-document preparation; and gathers information for managers and responsible staff. The agency currently requires applications by registered post because its electronic recruitment system is temporarily unavailable.
Requirements & qualifications
A university degree in a social-sciences field and at least one year of relevant professional experience are required. Applicants need computer skills, good English, knowledge of public-administration reform and European integration, and strong communication, writing, negotiation, initiative and results orientation.
