This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an External Post based in the United States. This remote role supports a global Talent Acquisition function by ensuring every candidate experiences a smooth, well-organized hiring journey. You’ll coordinate complex interview processes across multiple time zones, from technical assessments to executive and security panels. The role combines high-touch candidate support with ATS administration, compliance coordination, and recruiting operations. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and security leaders in a fast-paced technology environment. AI-assisted tools and data insights will help you improve scheduling efficiency, communication, and recruiting workflows. Success means keeping interview processes moving, maintaining accurate hiring data, and removing friction for candidates and internal teams.
