Position Description:
Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on the building and grounds. Perform other general office maintenance duties as necessary. Communicate and negotiate with vendors concerning building and ground maintenance issues. Order and restock supplies for cleaning, toiletry, coffee, and other paper product. Maintain equipment to factory specifications. Assist with redevelopment of offices, such as minor painting, drywall, installation of artwork and white boards, and other miscellaneous tasks. Assist with office relocation tasks as directed by supervisor. Assist employees with fleet maintenance. Maintain a safe working environment.
High school diploma
4+ years of related experience Basic knowledge of plumbing, heating and cooling, electrical, and tools (manual and power) Knowledge of lawn and yard equipment Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license
