We are looking for an In-House Facility Management Manager in Woven City to handle all aspects of property management and facility management. In Woven City, which has a variety of equipment for various purposes, you will be responsible for the planning, design, construction management, acceptance inspection, and operational planning at each aspect of new installation, maintenance, renovation, and relocation in addition to cleaning, planting management, and daily inspections for the facility. We expect you to manage building maintenance companies, equipment manufacturers, and construction contractors to promote projects, and to perform management tasks that include coordination with government agencies.

Quality control of daily operations (cleaning, planting, garbage, etc.) Management of equipment maintenance status Compliance of operations and facilities subject to laws and official regulations Planning and construction management for infrastructure development, facility renewal, and interior/exterior renovations in line with PoC business strategies and disaster preparedness plans Establishment of facility operations & information management system and mid- to long-term repair plans from the perspective of facility life cycle Promotion of strategic renovation (longevity extension, energy conservation management, etc.) Emergency response 24/7 as needed

5+ years of experience with facility management in large commercial facilities and building complexes 4+ years of experience in property management Understanding of environmental management and working knowledge of the Building Management Act and other related laws Data analysis and Cost control Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill Native-level Japanese and conversational level English Daily Commute to Woven City
