Your ability to review completed work and effectively demo solutions to business partners is crucial for ensuring their expectations are met. Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). Requirements
Total Work Experience
- Minimum Required: 4-6 years
- Preferred: 7-9 years
English Proficiency
- Minimum Required: Fluent
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience as a Product Owner.
Stakeholders Communication & Alignment
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and make informed decisions that impact the team.
Prioritization Skills
- Competence in prioritizing work items to support business objectives and enabling teams to adapt to changes in goals.
Other Critical Skills
- Demo / Presentation Skills - Intermediate
- Written Communication / Requirements - Advanced
- Preferred experience in Personal Lines Insurance.
Software / Tool Skills
- Office Suite - Entry Level
- Rally (or similar tools such as JIRA) - Entry Level
