Full Job Description

Resource Planning & Deployment Coordinate staffing and deployment of personnel across Federal programs, projects, and customer engagements. Match employee skills, certifications, clearance levels, and availability to project requirements. Monitor resource demand and capacity to proactively address staffing gaps and surpluses. Partner with delivery and business leaders to ensure staffing decisions support customer commitments and business objectives. Analyze utilization trends and workforce capacity data. Provide recommendations to optimize workforce allocation and utilization. Facilitate staffing reviews and deployment discussions. Support workforce planning efforts across multiple business units or accounts. Ensure staffing activities comply with Federal contract requirements, labor categories, and security clearance requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives within resource management processes. Identify redeployment opportunities for employees nearing assignment completion. Support employee career mobility by aligning skills and interests with emerging opportunities. Assist with onboarding and transition planning for new project assignments. Bachelor's Degree in related field OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience in consulting, client/project management, services delivery, or business development OR equivalent experience. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination. Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment. Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customer and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government Clearance RMCP® certified by the Resource Management Institute. 6+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, staffing coordination, project operations, or related functions. Experience supporting Federal government contracts and programs. Strong understanding of workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
