FEMICI accepts original science or engineering projects across fields including agroindustry, environmental sciences, basic sciences, social sciences, chemistry and biology, engineering, health sciences and information systems. Registration is free and online. ICTI will conduct a documentary first-stage evaluation from 19 October to 1 November; selected projects advance to an in-person presentation on 19 November 2026 at Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Pátzcuaro.
Eligibility requirements
Students enrolled at public or private upper-secondary or higher-education institutions in Michoacán who are developing or have completed a scientific or technological project. Projects may be individual or teams of up to three students and must have an academic adviser from the same educational institution.
