Full job description
Install and upgrade telecom and power hardware/software; respond to network emergencies and potential failures; maintain network documentation; perform proactive and reactive maintenance; report outages; and support cellular-site availability and service quality.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience in AC/DC power, cellular transmission or BTS/Node B operations. Requires networking/RF/electrical knowledge, computer literacy, a valid manual-transmission driver's licence and flexibility for weekends/hours.
