Field Event Sales Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Event Sales Coordinator based in the United States. This is a highly organized, relationship-focused role supporting exhibitor and sponsor sales activities across a growing portfolio of internal events. You will manage inbound inquiries, onboarding workflows, appointments, contracts, payments, and event deliverables to keep sales processes moving smoothly. The role combines sales coordination, event operations, administrative ownership, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a dependable point of contact for external partners while working closely with Sales, Events, Marketing, Billing, and other internal teams. Strong follow-through will be essential as you track deadlines, maintain accurate records, identify risks, and ensure every commitment is completed on time. The position is fully remote, offering significant autonomy while requiring proactive communication and accountability across distributed teams. You will also have opportunities to support events on-site throughout the year and contribute ideas that improve processes and the overall partner experience.
