Field Marketing Director, APAC - 952

Quantinuum is expanding its business across Asia Pacific, with Singapore serving as a strategic hub for regional growth. The Field Marketing Director, Singapore will own the APAC field marketing strategy and translate go-to-market priorities into integrated programs that build market presence, engage priority accounts, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue. This is a highly visible regional leadership role combining strategy, hands-on execution, operational rigor, and close partnership with sales. The role will focus primarily on Singapore and Japan, manage one direct report (based in Japan), and work with agency partners and cross-functional teams across sales, corporate communications, product marketing, campaign marketing, and marketing operations. The successful candidate will bring strong B2B technology marketing experience, a track record in field marketing and pipeline generation, strong written English, and the ability to adapt global messaging for diverse APAC markets. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving regional environment, is comfortable taking initiative, and can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Marketing strategy: Own the regional APAC field marketing strategy, annual plan, and priorities aligned to go-to-market objectives, target accounts, priority industries, and revenue goals.
