About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing (Summer Event) Intern to join our Field Marketing team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale trade shows and conferences. You’ll work closely with the Field Marketing team and cross-functional partners to bring our brand to life through memorable in-person and virtual experiences. What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, field dinners, and customer conferences
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor communication, shipping, swag inventory, and on-site setup/teardown
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce event collateral, signage, and branded materials
  • Help manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and pre/post-event surveys
  • Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses; maintain organized records for each event
  • Monitor event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation) and compile post-event recaps
  • Support field marketing campaigns that drive event attendance and pipeline generation
  • Attend at least one live event and take ownership of a defined workstream on-site Who You Are Required Qualifications
  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with event platforms (e.g., Lu.ma http://Lu.ma, Eventbrite, Splash) is a plus
  • A positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Willingness to travel for events if needed Internship Information
