Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Marketing Lead based in United States. This role owns the strategy and execution of enterprise conferences, field events, and marketing activations across the United States. You will manage the event calendar, budget, logistics, execution, and follow-up, ensuring each investment contributes to meaningful brand visibility and qualified pipeline. Working closely with Sales, SDRs, Partners, Community, and Demand Generation teams, you will connect event strategy with target accounts and commercial priorities. You will also develop pre- and post-event programs designed to turn event participation into measurable opportunities and pipeline. Success in the role requires a balance of strategic decision-making, hands-on execution, relationship management, and rigorous performance tracking. This is a remote opportunity for an experienced B2B technology marketer who is comfortable owning events end to end and traveling regularly to key industry gatherings.

Own the enterprise events calendar from end to end, including event selection, strategic planning, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up. Develop and manage the field marketing strategy for conferences and events, ensuring investments align with brand, target-account, and pipeline priorities. Manage the events budget directly, making informed decisions and tradeoffs across owned activations, sponsorships, and broader field marketing opportunities. Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Partner, and Community teams to align event participation with priority accounts, commercial objectives, and pipeline needs. Collaborate with Demand Generation to develop pre-event and post-event campaigns and programs that convert event engagement into qualified pipeline. Coordinate event logistics and on-site execution while maintaining high standards for organization, messaging, attendee experience, and brand representation. Represent the organization at key industry conferences, developing relationships with event organizers, partners, prospects, and other relevant stakeholders. Track and report on event performance, including brand impact, lead generation, engagement, and pipeline attribution. Use event performance data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate effectiveness, improve future activations, and guide investment decisions. Ensure strong follow-through after events by coordinating with relevant commercial and marketing teams to advance leads, opportunities, and account engagement. Requirements: Bring extensive event marketing experience within B2B technology, SaaS, or a closely related environment. Demonstrate a proven track record of owning events end to end, rather than primarily providing support for individual event activities. Have experience managing marketing budgets and making strategic decisions about where to allocate resources for maximum impact. Understand how to align field marketing initiatives with sales priorities, target accounts, and qualified pipeline objectives. Be a strong cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively with Sales while maintaining clear marketing objectives and accountability. Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple logistics, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication and coordination across distributed teams. Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to measure event performance through metrics such as leads, brand impact, and pipeline attribution. Demonstrate strong relationship-building and communication skills when working with sales teams, partners, event organizers, and external stakeholders. Be willing and able to travel regularly to key industry events throughout the year, primarily within the United States with some EMEA travel. Benefits: Full-time, remote opportunity available across the United States. Competitive base compensation, with a range of $205,900–$226,500 for Florida and Texas and $228,800–$251,700 for New York Tri-State and Massachusetts locations. Equity participation. 20 vacation days and 8 sick days per year for U.S.-based employees, in addition to applicable public holidays. Multiple low-premium, low-deductible medical plans with individual and family coverage, including a no-cost premium HDHP option with a pre-seeded HSA. Dental and vision coverage. 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% employer match. Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance. Life insurance coverage. $1,000 per year, or equivalent, for professional development such as courses, books, events, or coaching. $100 per month to support open-source projects of your choice. Remote-first working environment with opportunities for team off-sites and collaboration. Regular company hackathons and opportunities to engage with a highly technical, builder-oriented team. A culture emphasizing transparency, ownership, empowerment, and professional growth. Travel to key events throughout the year is part of the role.
