About the role MongoDB’s Marketing team in France is looking for a commercially minded and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to develop and execute account-based marketing and integrated field marketing programs for some of our largest and most strategic French accounts. This role will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Developer Advocacy and other cross-functional teams to build account plans that increase awareness, engage technical champions and executive stakeholders, create and accelerate pipeline, and expand MongoDB’s footprint across France. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They will be comfortable translating account priorities into multi-channel programs, managing stakeholders and budgets, measuring business impact, and adapting plans based on performance and market feedback.
