FIELD SALES CONSULTANT W2 | UNCAPPED Earning Potential | Qualified Appointments Provided | Paid Training Landover/Washington, DC area If you're driven by money, motivated by results, and know how to close, we want you on our team. Renuity is one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing home improvement companies. We help homeowners transform their kitchens through premium refacing and countertop solutions. As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll meet with qualified homeowners who have already requested an appointment. No cold calling. No prospecting. Your job is to run the appointment, present the solution, overcome objections, and close the sale. - Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners
- Build rapport and uncover customer needs
- Present customized kitchen solutions
- Overcome objections and ask for the sale
- Manage your appointments independently

- Previous in-home, outside, B2C, or commission-based sales experience strongly preferred You don't need remodeling or home improvement experience. We'll teach you the product.
