This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by actively seeking out new client opportunities, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will represent our commitment to quality and reliability, playing a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring efficient supply solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

* Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Present, promote, and sell our diverse range of products to prospective customers, highlighting their features and benefits. * Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. * Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise sales revenue and profitability. * Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. * Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from sale to delivery.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably within the trading or distribution sector in the UAE. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * A strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. * Self-motivated and driven by results, with a proactive approach to achieving goals. * Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous. * Familiarity with CRM software and the MS Office Suite. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * A valid UAE driving licence is required. * A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
