Job Duties:
• Conduct frequent on-site visits across assigned imaging centers to deliver interactive, instructor-led training for new hires and existing clinic staff.
• Facilitate side-by-side coaching, shadowing, and real-time feedback for front desk personnel on patient engagement techniques, consultative positioning, and handling patient questions.
• Model best-practice patient conversations for optional AI-enhanced imaging add-ons and Longevity product offerings.
• Support site readiness and go-live activities for new Longevity offerings, AI enhancements, and operational system updates.
• Audit front-desk workflows, patient intake steps, and documentation procedures to ensure compliance with clinical, privacy, and consent requirements.
• Implement standardized job aids, scripts, and facilitator guides developed in partnership with the Associate Director.
• Monitor site-level performance indicators and partners with site leadership to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and implement targeted coaching and action plans to improve adoption and operational outcomes.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Education, Business or related field highly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations and front-desk/practice workflows, patient advocacy, or consultative service delivery.
• 2+ years corporate training experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal coaching skills with the ability to build immediate rapport with clinic teams.
• Familiarity with medical imaging, clinical scheduling workflows, electronic health record (EHR) systems, or patient consent documentation.
• Solid organizational and analytical skills to review site-level metrics and translate data into coaching opportunities.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently among designated regional imaging centers (50–70% field travel).
