Our mission is to deliver excellence in every aspect of our operations. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and optimize our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company's goals.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audits, and regulations.
- Monitor and improve internal controls and financial processes.
- Manage vendor payments, payroll, and financial reconciliations.
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the luxury or travel sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax compliance (e.g., VAT).
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
