Oversee payroll processes. Manage AP and payment processes, including all outgoing payments. Support the month-end close process. Prepare various financial analyses to support finance needs. Monitor expenses and ensure accurate allocation across cost centers. Coordinate sales tax and other finance compliance processes together with external service providers. Support annual and interim audits, prepare requested documentation and reconciliations. Perform automation and AI initiatives within Finance. Support other finance projects, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance leadership.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or a similar role; A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes; Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership; The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets; A process improvement mindset and an interest in automation and AI-driven solutions; Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners; Fluency in English.
Gross salary starting point from 3400 EUR/month based on experience.
