Avis Greece is on the hunt for an exceptional Financial Operations Assistant who will be part of our Credit & Collections Department and will support credit operations by analyzing financial data, assisting in credit evaluations, and ensuring the smooth execution of credit and collection processes.

🎯 Your Mission:
- Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Support monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized filing systems and accounting databases
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems will be considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Team as required.
Requirements

- Educational Background: University degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Experience: 1 year of working experience in similar position
- Analytical Skills: Excel in using MS-Office applications with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
- Team Player: Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently
- Time Management: Organization skills with attention to detail
- Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
