This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager based in United States. This role serves as a strategic finance partner, providing the insights and analysis needed to support informed business decisions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting across a complex multi-state and multi-program environment. The position combines strong financial expertise with close collaboration across operational and business functions. You will translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations that help teams identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Your work will support strategic initiatives including technology investments, program expansion, pricing decisions, and organizational growth. The role also offers the opportunity to improve reporting processes, automate analysis, and strengthen scalable finance systems.
