This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Financial Planning Associate (Mandarin) based in Canada. This remote role supports Financial Planning Consultants in helping high-value clients plan for their financial futures and achieve their business goals. You will provide essential administrative and client support while helping create a smooth, responsive experience throughout the financial planning journey. The position combines organization, relationship management, problem-solving, and attention to compliance and confidentiality. You will prepare client files, coordinate appointments, maintain schedules, and help identify opportunities that contribute to team growth. Working closely with financial planning professionals and internal partners, you will play an important role in delivering thoughtful and effective client solutions.
