Financial Wellness Consultant I

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Financial Wellness Consultant I based in the United States. The Financial Wellness Consultant I will help organizations develop and implement holistic financial wellness programs tailored to their workforce, goals, culture, and benefits environment. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those insights into practical financial wellness strategies and action plans. The role combines client relationship management, program planning, implementation, education, and ongoing performance evaluation. You will collaborate with Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience. By analyzing participant engagement, client feedback, and program activity, you will identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and strengthen employee engagement.
