Full job description
The role leads integration of surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, fleet tracking, communications and incident-response systems; develops SOC procedures and command-and-control protocols; manages security technology vendors; recruits and develops SOC personnel; and advises senior leadership on security operations.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a master's degree or a recognized professional security certification such as CPP or CSMP, at least 15 years of security leadership experience including demonstrated Security Operations Centre design and implementation, strong security-technology knowledge, leadership and project-management capability, excellent reporting and executive communication, no criminal record, and availability for 24/7 security response.
