Full job description
Own assigned fleet performance and customer commitments; manage FRACAS, analyze KPI trends, plan field modifications, coordinate reliability reviews, support warranty and issue investigations, and act as a liaison across engineering, fleet management, quality, commercial and programme teams. The assignment uses a 60-days-on/15-days-off rotation.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least two years of engineering, manufacturing, operations or leadership experience, plus at least two additional years in locomotive field services, manufacturing or maintenance. Strong locomotive technical knowledge and fluent English are required; French or Mandarin is an advantage.
