FNR's 2026 BRIDGES call funds collaborative R&D projects between Luxembourg public research institutions and national or international companies.
Complete grant details
BRIDGES projects may run for 12–36 months and can receive up to EUR 500,000 from FNR. The company contribution depends on location: Luxembourg-based collaborating companies cover 15% of eligible project costs, while international companies cover 30%. Proposals should be jointly developed by the applicant, company and public research partner and submitted through the FNR Grant Management System.
Eligibility requirements
A proposal must establish a balanced public–private research collaboration involving a Luxembourg public research institution and a national or international company, with the applicant, company and public partner jointly developing the project. Applicants must follow the current BRIDGES call documents for detailed institutional and cost-eligibility rules.
