Full job description
Monitor F&B purchases, issues, transfers and stock movements; conduct inventories; review recipes, menu pricing, revenue variances and wastage; prepare control reports; support month-end valuation and audits.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires prior hotel/hospitality experience in F&B controls, cost control, cost analysis or finance; knowledge of inventory control and recipe costing; hotel systems and Excel; strong analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Hospitality Management or related field is requested.
