Full job description
Lead F&B teams and service delivery, manage budgets and inventory, coordinate suppliers, support menus and revenue initiatives, monitor performance, and maintain food-safety, quality and guest-service standards.
Requirements & qualifications
Proven food-and-beverage management experience, hands-on operational leadership, commercial awareness, IT literacy, communication skills and the ability to lead service teams in a resort environment.
