This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Food Operations Analyst based in the United States. This fully remote role supports the day-to-day food delivery experience for members enrolled in meal-delivery and food support programs. You will serve as a key point of contact for member questions, order fulfillment, and service-related issues. The position combines customer support, operational coordination, and detailed order management to ensure members receive accurate and timely food deliveries. You will work with internal resources and tools to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a compassionate, service-oriented approach. The role also offers opportunities to identify process improvements and contribute ideas that strengthen ordering and fulfillment operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated by meaningful, member-focused work.

Provide high-quality customer support to current and prospective members, addressing inquiries, program questions, and service needs throughout their experience. Coordinate food delivery operations and act as a primary point of contact for member order fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. Investigate and resolve order fulfillment issues by using available resources, tools, and internal team support to deliver timely and effective solutions. Monitor order accuracy and quality standards, helping ensure members receive the appropriate food deliveries according to their program requirements. Identify opportunities to improve ordering, fulfillment, and customer support processes, and contribute practical recommendations for greater efficiency and service quality. Support additional operational priorities and responsibilities as needed, adapting to changing business needs, client requirements, and evolving processes. Requirements: High school diploma or GED is required, along with at least 2 years of professional experience in customer support or a related service-oriented role. Strong customer service orientation with compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting members who may depend on food delivery during challenging circumstances. Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy and timeliness when managing member orders and resolving operational issues. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify practical solutions, and resolve member concerns efficiently. Strong computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications. Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for service and execution. Adaptable and comfortable working in evolving environments, with a willingness to adjust to changing priorities, new clients, new processes, and improved ways of working. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and explain solutions in a professional and empathetic manner. Benefits: Base salary of $55,000–$60,000 per year , plus a $5,000 annual bonus . Fully remote, remote-first work environment with flexibility in work location. Unlimited paid time off (PTO).
