What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating forklifts confidently and safely to move products around the warehouse during the backshift.
- Loading and unloading goods with accuracy and care.
- Maintaining neat and organized storage areas to keep inventory accessible and secure.
- Performing equipment checks and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Following strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace for everyone.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines effectively.
- Assisting with stocktaking and inventory control during your shift.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Forklift Truck License (Counterbalance and/or Reach) with proven experience operating forklifts.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on the backshift.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Flexibility and reliability to cover backshift hours consistently. #INDHP
Shift Details
- Sunday 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Thursday 17:00 – 13:00, plus 1 in 3 Saturday’s.
- £13.70p/h + 50p/h shift allowance

Requirements
- Valid Forklift Truck License (Counterbalance and/or Reach) is mandatory.
- Previous forklift driving experience, preferably in a warehouse or production setting.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliability and flexibility to work backshift hours consistently.
