Club OHADA RCA, in partnership with the OHADA Permanent Secretariat, is organizing two days of international training in Bangui on OHADA business law and its application in the Central African Republic.

The programme covers harmonized business law, SYSCOHADA accounting, alternative dispute resolution including CCJA arbitration and mediation, and a practical cross-cutting workshop. The training is scheduled for 29–30 September 2026 at Ledger Hôtel in Bangui.
Eligibility requirements
The organizers identify magistrates, lawyers, accountants, business leaders, public-administration managers and students among the intended participants. Registration modalities are available from the organizers.
