Overview Pulse is tackling one of the most persistent challenges in data infrastructure: extracting accurate, structured information from complex documents at scale. - 5 days in-office at our San Francisco office
- Eager to learn and adapt quickly
- Prior startup or founding experience is a plus About the Role Work directly with strategic customers to deploy Pulse in secure environments and integrate with their systems. Define success criteria, design architectures, and take solutions into production. Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, architecture, and implementation for VPC and on-prem rollouts
- Build integrations with S3, Snowflake, Kafka, Databricks, and internal tools
- Own performance, reliability, and security for single-tenant environments
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and runbooks
- Write documentation and train customer teams
- Track usage, SLAs, and accuracy, and drive expansion Requirements
- 4+ years in software, solutions, or platform engineering
- Strong Python, APIs, SQL, and AWS
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability
- Comfortable with networks, IAM, SSO, and enterprise security reviews
- Clear communication; some travel as needed Nice to have
- Deployments in regulated environments
