ABOUT THE ROLE A hands-on role in a small team focused on integrating technology with advisory workflows. You will collaborate closely with domain experts to prototype, build, and iterate software that supports tax advisory work in a fast paced environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build MVPs in collaboration with practitioners to validate ideas quickly.
- Translate complex advisory workflows into working software solutions.
- Iterate rapidly based on direct user feedback and measurable outcomes.
- Own features end-to-end from scoping through deployment and monitoring. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of full stack engineering experience building and deploying production software.
- Fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with backend frameworks such as NestJS or equivalents and frontend frameworks like React, with full-stack TypeScript experience.
- Experience delivering features end-to-end from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Ability to translate domain workflows into software requirements and implementations.
- Experience collaborating with non technical stakeholders and domain experts.
- Strong product sense and a tech first mindset, with no low code tools.
- Background in financial services, tax, accounting, or regulated advisory domains preferred.
- Startup or early stage experience and willingness to work on site in Berlin. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range is 60,000 to 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany
