This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Forward Deployed Solution Strategist based in the United States. This Director-level role sits at the intersection of supply chain strategy, enterprise AI, technology, and customer success. You’ll own strategic relationships with major enterprise customers, helping them adopt advanced solutions and translate technology into measurable business value. The role combines executive-level advisory, hands-on platform work, solution strategy, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand complex operational challenges and identify opportunities across supply chain decision-making. You’ll also partner with Sales to support renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth. The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, with significant autonomy and opportunities to shape how customers use emerging AI and analytics capabilities. Up to 25% travel within the United States is expected to support customer engagements, workshops, and strategic relationship building.
