Are you eager to become the financial brain of one of Europe’s fastest-growing renewable energy startups? If you're passionate about KPIs, accounting, and sustainability – this role is for you! Your Role at Reonic As our Founders Associate Finance, you will be working closely with our Finance team to turn data into actionable insights and ensure our business KPIs stay on track for growth. What You’ll Do
- Get hands-on with financial forecasting and KPI reporting to help shape how we plan and grow
- Support month end closing processes and bookkeeping
- Support invoice management and collections to keep cash flowing
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements and work closely with external partners
- Take ownership of data cleaning and provide cross-departmental support
- Be hands-on with financial systems, this role can be as technical as you make it What Makes You a Great Fit

- You take ownership, think proactively, and aren’t afraid to ask questions
- Tech-savvy and curious – eager to understand systems and extract KPIs
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
