This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will help us scale both product and company operations while learning directly from experienced operators and founders along the way. • Build and manage internal systems like our website and tooling • Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new team members • Support go-to-market initiatives and help bring our agents to customers • Identify and secure grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities • Tackle whatever challenge moves the company forward 👤 You Might Be a Fit If You... • Enjoy solving a wide range of problems in dynamic environments • Are curious about startups, AI, and how companies are built • Take full ownership and pride in execution • Are able to switch between big-picture thinking and detailed execution • Aspire to build something meaningful and potentially start your own company 🛠 What You Bring • Experience in generalist roles, ideally in early-stage or high-agency environments • A somewhat technical background or strong intuition for AI and software • Strong communication skills in both German and English • High integrity, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency 📍 Location & Logistics • Berlin office preferred • Start: Q4 2026 • Compensation: 2,400€ per month 💼 What We Offer • A role with real responsibility from day one • A close-knit team that values action, clarity, and customer impact • Access to experienced operators and strong mentorship • The chance to shape one of Europe’s most ambitious AI startups 🚀 Why Now We’re not a demo company.
