Full Job Description

About the Role

This is a junior generalist position working directly alongside the founders of an early-stage consumer healthtech company based in Berlin. You will be in the room when key decisions are made, and then own the execution that turns those decisions into results. It is one of the steepest learning curves available at this stage of a company's growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own operational projects end to end, from initial draft through to a measurable outcome.

  • Build processes and automations that eliminate manual work, first for yourself and then for the broader team.

  • Contribute across commercial, operations, product, and hiring based on what matters most each week.

  • Identify bottlenecks early and resolve them before they slow down growth.

  • Prepare analyses and recommendations for the founders, then lead the execution.

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year of experience in a startup, founder's office, consulting, operations, or business development role with clear, measurable outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and ship at least one automation, workflow, or process improvement (no-code or code both count).

  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and tracking.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and a strong bias toward hands-on execution.

  • Familiarity with no-code automation tools (for example, Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airtable), AI tools, or basic scripting is a plus.

  • Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.

  • Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry environments is helpful but not required.

  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.

  • Early-career, generalist profile: hungry to learn and not yet narrowly specialised in one function.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of €55,000 to €90,000 annually, depending on experience, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
