ABOUT THE ROLE Join the product team as a technical Founder's Associate, working directly with the CTO on product strategy, customer insights, and hiring. You will help shape a Voice AI product by connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging AI techniques. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify high-impact problems and prioritize product improvements.
- Conduct customer interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
- Research market opportunities and competitors to inform product strategy.
- Test and evaluate AI models, prompting techniques, and Voice AI approaches.
- Triage product feedback and assess which issues warrant engineering effort.
- Support the CTO with recruiting and technical evaluation of engineers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A technical background and hands-on experience building or shipping products.
- Experience working with AI or Voice AI systems, or evaluating AI models and prompting techniques.
- Experience conducting customer interviews and using customer data and feedback to inform product decisions.
- Experience with competitive research, product prioritization, and hiring or evaluating engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication, structured problem-solving, high ownership, and openness to direct feedback.
- Product judgment, commercial instinct, and experience in a fast-moving, experimental environment, ideally with B2C products or platforms. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Full-time, on-site in Berlin, Germany.
