Our agents already work inside the largest accounting firms in the world. In-house finance is the next market. You'll find the channels, messages, offers, and conversion paths that turn it into efficient, qualified pipeline. You'll own programmatic growth across paid search, paid social, lifecycle, the website, influencers, and new channels. With our Head of Content you’ll flex into SEO and AEO, video, and newsletters. You are obsessed with your numbers. You can explain how they changed and connect every program to pipeline and revenue. You’ll build feedback loops that let ad platforms learn from qualified opportunities and closed-won deals. You treat channels as a system to build and improve, not a budget to spend. You'll also bring a scrappy builder's mindset. Set up the tool, automate the workflow, ship the first campaign, and find the partner who helps you move faster. Use AI, Clay, our CRM, and a lean stack to create leverage for yourself and the team. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, PMM, Content, Marketing Ops, Sales, and Design. PMM and Content give you the narrative and assets. You turn them into distribution, conversion, and pipeline. This is a high-ownership role for a marketer who likes hard numbers and messy starting points. You should be as comfortable inside an ad account as you are deciding which channel deserves the next dollar. 📍 Location: NYC, Flatiron office. In-person team, 5 days a week. WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 5-8 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition, ideally at a high-growth software, AI, fintech, or technical product company
• A track record of paid search and paid social programs that moved qualified pipeline, CAC, payback, or LTV to CAC
• Command of your performance numbers and the ability to explain what changed, why it changed, and which decision followed
• Hands-on depth in campaign structure, bidding, creative testing, landing pages, conversion rate optimization, and budget allocation
• Experience wiring ad platforms, website behavior, and CRM outcomes together so channels optimize toward qualified opportunities and revenue
• A habit of creating leverage through AI, automation, Clay, CRM workflows, and agencies instead of headcount
• Technical aptitude and curiosity. You do not need to come from AI or accounting, but you should learn complex products quickly and market credibly to sophisticated buyers WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE:

• Scrappy Leverage: A system, automation, or operating model that helped a smaller team produce more and improve results
• Paid Social Range: Experience making Meta, LinkedIn, or another paid social channel work through strong creative, clean feedback loops, and disciplined iteration
• One-to-Many Creativity: Campaigns that reached a broad buyer set without flattening the differences between industries, use cases, or levels of intent
• Channel Judgment: A clear example of where you scaled a channel, fixed it, or stopped spending because the economics did not work
• New Channel Bets: Experience testing SEO and AEO, influencers, video, connected TV, emerging ad platforms, or another unconventional growth surface
• Design Partnership: A trusted designer, agency, or creative operating model that helped you ship high-quality assets quickly WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:
