Join BLP Digital today. blp is hiring fast across four countries, and the product moves every month. Your job is to make sure a new seller is selling within two weeks and a two-year veteran is never behind. You build everything that makes that possible. You'd build the GTM enablement function at blp from zero, run it, and grow the team behind it once the model works. Sales Development, Sales, and Value Engineering all need to sell our product well, and right now nobody owns making that easier. There's no playbook to inherit, and no team or tooling either. You set the agenda and decide what gets built first. You'll work with Product, Product Marketing, Value Engineering, and leadership, and you'll spend most of your time with the sellers themselves. This role is crucial to blp's ambitious growth. Therefore, we are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong track record. That track record can come from strategy consulting, a startup environment, or a comparable enablement function. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build blp's go-to-market enablement function from scratch
• Design onboarding that gets a new rep selling in two weeks, in a category most people take months to understand
• Write the playbooks for enterprise cycles, pilots, and expansions
• Work with Product, Product Marketing, Adoption, and Deployment to build the internal and customer-facing collateral the field actually uses
• Build the single source of truth for everything a GTM team member needs, so nobody's working from stale information, and automate how it stays current
• Own the Sales and Technical Success training calendar end to end, and run the sessions yourself: process rollouts, product launches, new motions WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 5+ years in strategy consulting, sales enablement, product marketing, or founding your own company
• Bachelor's / Master's / PhD in a STEM field
• You understand technically complex products quickly and enjoy it
• You communicate precisely with customers and sellers
• You have a talent for teaching and educating colleagues
• Fluent English. German is a big plus WHAT YOU'LL GET
