ABOUT THE ROLE This is a founding go-to-market role at an early-stage generative AI startup building next-generation models for human-centered image and video creation. You will own end-to-end GTM execution across community, content, partnerships, and outreach, working directly with the founding team to build the repeatable commercial playbook from scratch. The role carries high ownership and autonomy, and will directly shape early customer relationships, positioning, and product feedback loops. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own early GTM execution across community, content, partnerships, and targeted outbound outreach.
- Build and manage relationships with design partners and early customers in creator, studio, and agency segments.
- Recruit and organize participants for ongoing product research and user testing.
- Drive early commercial conversations, demos, pilots, and structured market feedback channels.
- Collaborate with product leadership on positioning, messaging, ICP definition, and pricing strategy.
- Deliver clear, structured market intelligence to accelerate product decision-making.
- Track the competitive landscape of GenAI creative tools, workflows, and evolving user expectations.
- Represent the company externally with credibility, strong emotional intelligence, and confident storytelling. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4 to 8+ years in GTM, partnerships, growth, or client-facing roles at startups or fast-moving environments.
- Proven track record in at least one motion: B2B partnerships or sales (pilots, early deals) and/or B2C growth (community or creator funnels).
- 3+ years serving professional creatives at creative tools companies, agencies, creator platforms, or production studios.
- 1 to 2+ years of hands-on exposure to GenAI products and workflows, comfortable using AI tools as part of daily GTM work.
- Full-cycle sales experience: discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and building CRM and outbound sequences from scratch.
- Strong product-led growth expertise, ideally from a PLG motion at a collaborative or creative software company.
- Individual-contributor orientation suited to a founding GTM role, with the ability to close mid-market deals while building the playbook and scaling the resulting revenue motion.
- Experience contributing to a high-growth revenue trajectory at an early-stage company.
- Existing network and relationships within the creative industry are a strong plus.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and taking ownership well beyond a defined job description. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base salary: $150,000 to $185,000 USD annually.
- Visa sponsorship: available where applicable. LOCATION Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in New York, NY. Candidates located elsewhere in the US or in Western Europe (including Zurich or Warsaw) are also welcome. Occasional travel required.
