ABOUT THE ROLE This is the first dedicated GTM hire at a Y Combinator-backed AI startup building agents that automate enterprise system implementations. You will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation and work directly with the CEO, who currently carries all of sales alone. The opportunity is real: inbound is growing, two revenue motions are working, and the engineering team has started jumping on sales calls to keep up. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define the Ideal Customer Profile and build outbound sequences, targeting lists, and pipeline from scratch.
- Set up and wire together the full GTM stack, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, routing, and reporting.
- Do the ground-level work too: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, conference floors, whatever books the right meetings.
- Run early-stage marketing efforts, including content, product launches, and nurturing an active open-source developer community.
- Run your own discovery calls and product demos, with a clear path toward owning full-cycle deals as the motion matures. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 or more years in a GTM role (SDR, BDR, AE, growth, or GTM engineering) at a startup or high-growth B2B company.
- A pipeline you personally built, with quantifiable results to show for it.
- Proven experience engaging technical buyers such as CTOs, engineering leads, or IT leadership.
- Hands-on proficiency with GTM automation and CRM tools (for example: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, or n8n).
- Experience selling or marketing technical products such as enterprise software, APIs, infrastructure, or data platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERPs, CRMs, or data platforms is a strong plus.
- Full fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- A track record of exceptional achievement in at least one area, whether professional, academic, or otherwise.
- High ownership, scrappy execution mindset, and clear, direct communication. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 80,000 to 140,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week.
