Full Job Description

About the Role

This is a founding go-to-market role at an early-stage generative AI startup building next-generation models for human-centered image and video creation. You will own end-to-end GTM execution, working directly with the founding team to turn product capability into commercial traction and build the repeatable playbook from scratch. It is a high-ownership, high-autonomy position that will shape early customer relationships, feedback loops, and market positioning.

What You'll Do

  • Own early GTM execution across community, content, partnerships, and targeted outreach.

  • Build and manage relationships with design partners and early customers in creator, studio, and agency segments.

  • Recruit and organize participants for ongoing product research and user testing.

  • Drive early commercial conversations, demos, pilots, and structured feedback channels.

  • Collaborate with product leadership on positioning, messaging, ideal customer profile, and pricing.

  • Provide clear, structured market feedback to accelerate product decision-making.

  • Track the competitive landscape of generative AI creative tools, workflows, and user expectations.

  • Represent the company externally with credibility, strong EQ, and confident storytelling.

What We're Looking For

  • 4 to 8 or more years in GTM, partnerships, growth, or client-facing roles at startups or fast-moving environments.

  • Proven experience in at least one motion: B2B partnerships and sales (pilots, early deals) and/or B2C growth (community and creator funnels).

  • At least 3 years serving professional creatives at creative tools companies, agencies, creator platforms, or production studios.

  • 1 to 2 or more years of hands-on exposure to generative AI products and workflows, with AI tools used as part of daily GTM work.

  • Full-cycle sales experience: discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and building CRM and outbound sequences from scratch.

  • Experience closing mid-market deals while simultaneously building the GTM playbook.

  • Strong product-led growth expertise, ideally from a collaborative or creative tools motion.

  • Individual-contributor orientation suited to a founding role, with the ability to scale a revenue motion over time.

  • Existing network and relationships within the creative industry are a strong plus.

  • Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, early-stage settings and selling something still being built.

  • US-based candidates must not be located in the Pacific Time Zone; New York is ideal.

  • Visa sponsorship is available where applicable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $185,000 USD annually (maximum base up to $200,000 depending on experience). Equity participation is expected for a founding role. Visa sponsorship is available where applicable.

Location

Fully remote, with a preference for New York, NY (or broader US Eastern/Central time zones) or Western Europe (Zurich or Warsaw). Occasional travel required.
