Founding GTM Ops / Engineering Lead

Extend is building document processing infrastructure for the most technical AI teams to work with unstructured data (e.g. PDFs, Excel, images, etc.). AI teams at companies like Square, Zillow, Brex, Flatiron Health, Checkr, and Mercury use Extend to process their most complex documents. We're looking for a founding GTM Operations lead at Extend. You will own the mandate of GTM / rev ops, but most importantly, we are looking for a world-class operator thrilled to dive into the chaos of a rapidly scaling start-up and build the revenue engine that other companies compare themselves to. ROLE & IMPACT There are a few table-stakes things that you must be able to do–let’s get them out of the way:

• Deal Desk: build the quote-to-close machine, run point on the enterprise gauntlet, instrument the process so we know exactly where deals stall and how long each gate actually takes
• CRM & GTM Systems: build the source-of-truth data foundation, evaluate and drive adoption of the GTM stack, comp and quota design
• Forecasting & Planning: Run the weekly forecast and pipeline review cadence, build capacity models, identify where pipeline is leaking and bring recommendations
• Lead Routing & Territory Management: Design and operate inbound routing, qualification SLAs, and account scoring against our ICP and build territory and coverage models that let us add reps without chaos
• Enablement & Automations: Support rep enablement, and ship agents, skills, and automations that compress research, account planning, CRM enrichment, call summarization, and follow-up But here’s what matters to us:
