Your Mission
- Development and management of fragrance concepts in collaboration with perfumers, Sales & Marketing
- Translation of marketing and customer briefings into olfactory strategies
- Project management throughout the entire development process (from briefing to market launch)
- Evaluation and selection of fragrance compositions considering performance, stability, and cost
- Close collaboration with internal teams (Perfumers, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Application Labs, Sales)
- Olfactive analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor products
- Support and consulting of customers regarding fragrance strategies
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRA)
- Execution and interpretation of sensory tests
Qualifications And Requirements
- A successfully completed apprenticeship in the chemical sector or a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, marketing, communication or a related field
- Experience in the fragrances sector
- An exceptional sense of smell is essential
- Comprehensive knowledge of the market and industry relating to a specific product category
- An interest in marketing activities and strong communication skills
- Fluency in German and a very good command of written and spoken English
