This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Franchise Sales Director - West Coast and MidWest based in United States. This is a fully remote, high-activity sales leadership opportunity focused on building franchise growth across a broad U.S. territory. You will proactively identify and engage independent brokerage owners, industry leaders, and other potential franchise partners. The role combines strategic market development with hands-on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and qualification. You’ll spend significant time in the field, meeting prospects, attending industry events, and developing local market intelligence. Working alongside a Regional Vice President, you’ll create a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and help accelerate territory growth. Success will come from disciplined sales execution, entrepreneurial ownership, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of market opportunities. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities from the ground up and operating with significant autonomy.
