Fraud Risk Management & Operations (FRMO) Analyst

Our partner is looking for a Fraud Risk Management & Operations (FRMO) Analyst based in United States. This role is responsible for detecting, investigating, and helping prevent fraudulent and unusual activity across accounts, cards, and financial services. You’ll review fraud alerts and monitoring reports, identify suspicious patterns, and determine the appropriate next steps based on established risk procedures. The position combines transaction analysis, end-to-end case investigation, fraud mitigation, and detailed documentation. You’ll work across multiple monitoring populations, products, systems, and fraud typologies while helping protect customers and reduce financial losses. The role also involves card actions, escalation of higher-risk activity, and collaboration with specialized compliance teams when required. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, organized case management, and the ability to meet quality and same-day service standards.
