This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Freelance Business Development Consultant based in Brazil. This is a fully remote, hourly freelance opportunity for an experienced B2B business development professional focused on generating qualified opportunities and closing service-based deals. You will help expand business across Marketing, Technology, and Staffing/Recruitment service verticals by identifying prospects and engaging key decision-makers. The role combines market research, multi-channel outbound sales, discovery calls, proposal development, negotiation, and client acquisition. You will independently manage a robust sales pipeline while using modern CRM, automation, and AI-assisted prospecting tools. Success in this role requires a strong commercial mindset, persuasive communication, and a proven ability to convert leads into high-value contracts. You will also collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support complex pitches and ensure effective client hand-offs.
